Bitcarbon is the first diamond commodity. Its powered by the Blockchain , and is being purchased by some of the largest ETF and asset management companies. Some of them are our investors.
The platform is mostly built, and we expect to launch in Q1 2019.
Were seeking experienced professionals across multiple disciplines who want to be a part of a rapidly growing, funded startup and industry pioneer.
The Customer Support Manager will lead and manage Bitcarbon's Customer Support team, and is responsible for ensuring an outstanding Bitcarbon user experience for individual investors.
The incumbent will field incoming customer requests and focus on solving complex customer service issues around order processing and order dispatch
The Customer Service Manager will also assist with internal projects to improve the Department's quality and efficiency.
**Requirements**
Bachelors degree with 5-7 years of experience in high volume customer service with progressively increasing responsibility
Experience with electronic trading systems and securities operations required
Strong aptitude for helping others
Highly organized with strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
