JOB PURPOSE:
The Store Inventory Specialist is responsible for traveling to multiple NAPA locations to maintaining inventory through physical counts and reconciling of discrepancies. A Store Inventory Specialist requires self-motivation, accuracy, extensive problem-solving skills.
DUTIES:
Conduct quarterly physical inventory counts at various locations.
Verify physical inventory counts.
Investigate discrepancies.
Locate hard to find parts as directed by management.
Report inventory findings and activity.
Performs special projects as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Drivers License.
Willing to travel to various NAPA stores in company vehicle.
Previous inventory experience preferred.
GED preferred.
Proficient problem solving and investigatory skills.
Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated.
Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
