Daily management of sales orders (from delivery creation to invoicing).
Coordination with planning, 3PL, and external manufacturers in order to manage intercompany flow with US and internal stock transfers.
Monitor performances of logistical suppliers (track of 3PL performances and cost controls) and stock alignment between company ERP and 3PL WMS.
Scouting and testing of new forwarders, definition of the best forwarders for the different routes, & tariff negotiations.
Project: tender for the selection of a new 3PL.
Taking ownership in identifying new vendors, resources, and external warehouses in the US.
Managing current vendors.
Responsible for coordinating the activities of the warehouse manager.
Assisting the Logistics Manager with day-to-day activities.
Proven experience in external logistical providers coordination and knowledge of both warehousing activities, freight transportation, & the US logistics market.
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work, "team-player" attitude, ability to work in structured and cross-national contexts.
Bachelors degree or higher.
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (SAP MM/WM modules is preferred).
Experience in import/export processes is a plus.
