Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls. - Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services. - Conduct fire damage cleanup, including smoke and soot removal. - Execute mold remediation procedures in compliance with industry standards. - Document restoration process and communicate effectively with clients. - Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning. - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion. Qualifications: - Previous experience in restoration services preferred. - IICRC certification is a plus. - Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold damage restoration techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record. - Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.
