Job Details

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Warehouse Manager to lead, run, optimize, improve, and grow our busy warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has 5 years of warehouse management and leadership experience and is highly detail-oriented and reliable.


We need someone with a strong ability to think strategically, mine data, solve problems, and find efficiencies in the overall warehouse operations.


We also need someone who isn t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work hard. We are a young scrappy company and one of our core values is Whatever It Takes. The expectation for this role isn t to sit above and only direct the warehouse team, but to be willing to lead from the front and roll their sleeves up if need be to get the job done and support the team and company.


Our Warehouse hours are 6 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday. We may be open to slightly different hours for this role if it comes with a strategic advantage.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience managing an E-Commerce warehouse/fulfillment center is preferred.
  • 5 years experience managing a team of 4+.
  • Experience running meetings and delegating tasks.
  • Ability to motivate and maintain high team morale.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience hiring temp workers for seasonal positions.
  • Experience with Shopify and WMS software is a must.
  • Bonus if you know our software stack:
  • ShipBob, Inventory Planner, Shopify, Monday, Slack, EOS
  • Deep knowledge of shipping zones and rates.
  • Experience with creating documentation and SOPs.
  • Knowledge of inventory planning and forecasting.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with vendors to build rapport and constantly negotiate better rates and costs.
