Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

  • Administer human resources programs and services including employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, compensation, benefits as well as employee training and development.
  • Facilitate payroll (both weekly and semi-monthly) for US employees.
  • Support employee engagement activities such as monthly employee lunches and corporate events.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on necessary actions.
  • Provide proactive support to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Requirements for the Position:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR credential preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
