Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
- Administer human resources programs and services including employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, compensation, benefits as well as employee training and development.
- Facilitate payroll (both weekly and semi-monthly) for US employees.
- Support employee engagement activities such as monthly employee lunches and corporate events.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on necessary actions.
- Provide proactive support to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements for the Position:
- Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR credential preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
