Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Sales Representative at Crown Exteriors. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Become an industry expert at construction restoration & sales
- Conduct property inspections
- Become proficient in reporting and generating work orders
- Attend all meetings scheduled by the Sales Manager and Crown Exteriors leadership
- Nurture customers throughout the sales process
- Meet monthly revenue requirements.
- Sign preliminary contracts with clients
- Meet with insurance adjusters
- Maintain a positive and open line of communication with your customers throughout their relationship with Crown Exteriors

- W2 position

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
