Job Details
Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking temporary Instructional Designer to support their Alexandria, VA team!
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement adult-learning and training programs.
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs.
- Partner across departments ensure a positive experience.
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Provide training and support to instructors and leadership.
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of instructional design or learning and development experience is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong Learning Management System experience is required.
- Tech savviness with MS Office Suite skills.
- Strong oral communication skills and excellent time management skills.
Position Information:
- $45/hr-$50/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary position with the potential to extend.
- Slated to last a minimum of 6 months.
- Hybrid schedule with 1 day/week onsite.
- Alexandria, VA office.
