Leadenhall Search & Selection is recruiting for a growing Alternative Investment Advisory firm that has a global reach. The company offers the opportunity to be in a flat structured environment whilst working with leaders in the alternative investment space.

The Role:

Our client is searching for a hedge fund research investment professional with exposure to relative value strategies (diversified quant, fixed income relative value, volatility arbitrage) to join their growing team. The right candidate will have hands on experience conducting hedge fund manager due diligence.

Responsibilities:

• Source, research and analyse hedge fund managers (relative value).
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of hedge funds.
• Prepare monthly notes and conduct annual due diligence of hedge funds.
• Author research papers focused on market trends and strategies.
• Monitor client portfolios and contribute to business development activities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in hedge fund research.
• Extensive network within the hedge fund industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and analysis.
• Team player with a strong work ethic
