ICF seeks an experienced **Child Care Grant Quality Assurance Manager** to support the development and implementation of policies and practices that will ensure compliance with state and federal program requirements for federal Child Care Stabilization grants or other federally funded child care grants in one or more states across the nation. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to quickly adapt to meet ambitious timelines and changing requirements. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, senior ICF staff, subject matter experts, state program managers and will be able to understand multiple programs, and provide quality assurance training and support to a team of grant review specialists and other support staff. **Child Care Grant Quality Assurance Manager | Remote Work**

ICFs early childhood insights practice integrates the expertise of more than 270 early childhood subject matter experts with that of technologists, geospatial experts, economists, survey researchers and communication experts to provide policymakers with new insights into the needs of children, families and the programs that serve them. We combine the latest research in the field with the latest technological innovations to help clients put new policies and solutions into practice that advance the early childhood field. ICF has developed a grants management solution and a suite of implementation support services to help states rapidly develop the policies, systems and processes needed to distribute child care stabilization and other federal relief funds quickly, with an equity lens in place and in a way that minimizes the application burden on providers and maximizes fiscal integrity. We design our services to fit the needs of clients, ranging from providing just a grants management information technology solution to delivering a full suite of intermediary services across all aspects of the grant management process. This approach allows states to quickly implement grant awards to small businesses, while keeping government small and nimble, working efficiently and effectively for taxpayers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Work as part of a team providing expert advisory and policy services for the grant program.

* Assist in creating a vision for quality management and developing a quality assurance plan.

* Lead parallel quality control work streams for multiple projects.

* Provide quality control review and oversight of project deliverables.

* Facilitate workshops and meetings, as appropriate.

* Assist with overseeing continuous process improvement for the program.

* Support grant review specialists in understanding state and federal requirements.

* Present technical information in key meetings, as needed.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

* 5+ years of experience in quality management in a related field

* 1+ years of experience understanding state and federal grant requirements and approved uses of funds.

**PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**

* Experience early childhood finance or budgeting or early childhood program management.

* Experience in working with virtually dispersed teams to process a large volume of applications.

**PROFESSIONAL SKILLS**

* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

* Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing administrative support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.

* Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions.

* Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
