Provides daily maintenance and custodian duties at VCS sites (inside and outside)2. Picking up and taking all trash, cleaning restrooms, etc.3. Provide excellent service through well-maintained facilities4. Identifies and reports problems in a timely manner and completes additional tasks as assigned by manager5. Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.6. Other duties as assigned.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS 1. Highly motivated self-starters2. Ability to work as part of a team3. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and ability to fix small problems; some landscaping, changing light fixtures, painting, and light maintenance4. Reliable transportation, valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability if applicable5. Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.6. Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal back ground check (Ohio Bureau of7. Previous cleaning experience preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds as necessary2. General knowledge of cleaning products and cleaning tools3. Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time4. Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals5. Ability to climb stairs while carrying equipment
