Are you an experienced Transactional Associate Attorney looking for an exciting opportunity to elevate your career? Our dynamic legal firm is seeking a dedicated professional well-versed in transactional law, particularly within the real estate sector. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex transactions, contribute to high-profile cases, and provide strategic counsel to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents including contracts, agreements, deeds, leases, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and legal implications.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies that align with client objectives.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to real estate transactions.
- Ensure all transactional documents and processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and strategic counsel.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in transactional law, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents.
- Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
