Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly Income Statement
• Calculation of monthly costing related accruals
• Preparation of reporting package to parent companies
• Monthly journal entry preparation
• Record and analyze cost variances
• Track fixed assets through recording acquisition, disposals, and depreciation
• Monthly reconciliation of fixed asset balances from fixed asset system to general ledger
• Monitor Construction in Progress detail to ensure timely placed in service
• Create monthly fixed asset reports for financial reporting
• Coordination and handling of fixed asset physical inventories

Additional Considerations

• Previous experience in accounting related position desired
• Experience in manufacturing using standard cost system desired
• Presentation experience desired
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including executive management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
