**Description**

Summary: - Performs assigned CSR duties in a welcoming, friendly, and safe manner. - Maintains a positive, helpful attitude toward fellow Team Members and customers. Duties and Responsibilities: (may perform one or more of the following) 1. Customer Service: a. Provides excellent customer service by treating all customers fairly and honestly. b. Delivers the following customer service standards with a welcoming manner: Phones are answered politely within three rings in a friendly manner. Customers are greeted as they arrive and made to feel comfortable. Promptly performs an initial determination of the customer request and determines how best to respond, including scheduling a Customer Sales Consultant (CSC) appointment. 2. Sales Support: a. Provides appropriate administrative support for creating Sales Orders: 1. Assisting Sales Consultants with preparing Plumbery.com quotes, and 2. Entering final Quotes into Trend as a Sales Order(s). b. Provide appropriate administrative support for fulfilling the Sales Oder(s): 1. For stock product, entry of appropriate data in Trend, and 2. For non-stock product, entry of appropriate purchase order in Trend. c. Processes customer Sales Order payments or deposits in Trend. d. Manages the workflow tracking of the Sales Order process. e. Coordinates product pickup or delivery with the customer. f. Continually enhances decorative plumbing product and application knowledge. 3. Accounting and Administration Support: a. Provides appropriate administrative support for the Plumbery accounting processes including: Sales Oder processing, Purchase Order processing, Inventory receipts, Pick Ticket and Delivery Order processing, Inventory management, Customer payments, Bank deposit processing, and Other activities as needed. b. Assist with follow up on questions as they occur. **Education/Experience/Skills**

* High school diploma required, with post-secondary education considered a plus

* Able to move freely about the facility, climb stairs, stoop, bend, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods of time up to and over 8 hours a day

* Able to read customer orders, transfers, and stock numbers

* Able to use an electronic calculator, computer, and other business equipment

* Able to work alone and in teams

* Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy in a multi-task environment

* Customer service-oriented approach, responds to requests with a sense of urgency

* Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately
