**Housekeeper I $500 Bonus**
**Job Summary:** Maintains a clean and safe environment for all patients, staff and visitors.
**Essential Functions:**
* Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing his/her goals and objectives in a manner that helps others to achieve their goals and objectives.
* Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
* Cleans and sanitizes rooms
* Removes stains from surfaces such as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using cleaning solutions.
* Empties all trashcans.
**Minimum Qualifications:** 18 Years of age.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**: One (1) year of related experience preferred. Good communication teamwork skills preferred.
**Working Conditions:** Potentially exposed to infectious diseases.
**Physical Requirements**: Constantly stand, walk, reach, push/pull. Frequently handle/grasp/feel, bend/twist, stoop/kneel/crouch, lift/carry 25 to 49 lbs. Occasionally lift/carry 50+ lbs.
