The Role:
The Marketing Specialist reports to the Regional Marketing & Promotions Manager as well as the Regional Direct Marketing & Advertising Manager. The Marketing Specialist will support the Bally's Lincoln & Bally's Tiverton Marketing team with Promotions, Gaming Tournaments, Events, Direct Marketing, Advertising and Call Center as needed.
Responsibilities:
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with Execution and Supervision of all Promotions, Special Events & Tournaments
- Marketing calendar planning based on reimbursable and free slot play budgets
- Creates promotional/event blocks
- Back-up to promotional builds as needed
- Procures/submits gift card and merchandise orders (Bally's Tiverton)
- Reviews direct mail for accuracy
- Free slot play code creation as directed
- Assist with all invoicing, purchase orders, vendor forms and for direct marketing
- Maintains knowledge of competitors' player tracking and casino marketing programs
- Assist Marketing department as a whole with any miscellaneous needs as directed
- Process returned mail and NCOA files
- Answers "Contact Us" inquiries (Bally's Tiverton)
- Orders supplies as needed (Bally's Tiverton)
- Creates purchase orders as needed (Bally's Tiverton)
- Submits Facilities requests as needed
Other duties may include- Processing Advertising invoices
- Internal Static Signage
- Assist with monthly direction and monitoring of Promotional Signage, A-Frames, Duratrans, Banner Vinyl's, and various departmental requests (closed for renovations, VIP lounge hours change, F&B specials, etc.)
- Internal Digitals Signage
- Monitoring all Scala signage for Concerts, Special Events, Promotions
- Requests Directional Signage as needed
- iViews
- Ordering 3 shows/month
- Approving before loading into system
