AGM Mission: To develop and maintain the overall success of HOTWORX through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals of your franchise location. To maintain the integrity and good reputation of the HOTWORX brand through various local and national marketing tactics and to professionally represent the brand at all times.
AGM In Studio Work Hours: Monday - Thursday: 11am - 2pm, 1 hour lunch break 2-3pm , 3pm - 8pm Friday: 9am - 1pm, 1pm - 2pm lunch break, 2pm - 6pm
*(1 hour lunch break while Employee is scheduled to cover)

Compensation is as follows:
- Base pay of $13 per hour
- The following increase base pay by $.75
- Relevant Social Media education and experience (managing with employees)
- Sales Training with NEPQ style education
- Take an approved Course on Editing videos from Iphone (Present options for approval)
- Read the book "The New Model of Selling" and write a new client intake and onboarding script with this process from initial phone call to the closing.
- Relevant Fitness Experience, or gained PT Certification (Negotiable increase)
- Fluent in conversational Spanish* Bonus but not required
- Commissions are as follows:
- $10 Bonus per Google Review, Video Review, Tour Scheduled that shows up, and New Member.
- When Net EFT is Over $500 increase - $100 Bonus
- When the team closes at or above 60%
- When Total product sales are over $1,250 - $100 Bonus
- Increased monthly bonus schedule is as follows:
- Net EFT is $20,000+ - $150 monthly bonus
- Net EFT is $25,000+ - $250 monthly bonus
- Net EFT is $30,000+ - $400 monthly bonus
- Net EFT is $35,000+ - $550 monthly bonus
