Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial roofing projects in Georgetown, Texas. This includes supervising the installation, maintenance, and repairs of commercial roofs, as well as ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Carpentry and Insulation skills
- Experience working at heights and on roofs
- Knowledge of waterproofing techniques
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in the roofing industry is preferred
- OSHA certification is a plus
