Call Center Supervisor


Job Details

Our client, a national consulting firm, is looking to add a Customer Service Supervisor to their office to oversee a team of customer service representatives. They are looking for someone who has supervisory experience and the ability to work remotely for the next few months. This position pays up to $24/hr.Responsibilities:Monitor production, quality control and data integrity of transactions completed by staffConduct the specified percentage level of Quality Control of staff's filesEnsure staff meet and/or exceed performance standardsEnsure staff compliance with procedures and regulationsDetermine staff training needs; Coordinate and provide appropriate training, coaching, etc.Completion of Performance Plans, evaluations and disciplinary actionsEnsure staff provides professional and comprehensive customer service to internal and external customersEvaluate procedures and processes and provide recommendations for program excellencePromote open communication between teams, departments and divisionsAbout You:Supervisory experience in an office setting, call center, retail or fast paced restaurant settingAbility to work in a production team environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteApply today for this opportunity!Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
