In search of a Jr. Project Manager with at least two years experience working on healthcare projects.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and overseeing commercial construction projects throughout the New York region.
*Description*

* Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
* Collaborate with senior project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and healthcare professionals.
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
* Coordinate project activities and resources, facilitating effective communication among team members.
* Identify and address project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
* Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
* Participate in project meetings, providing updates and contributing to decision-making processes.
* Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution.
*Profile*

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on healthcare projects.
* Familiarity with healthcare construction standards, regulations, and practices.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Buildertrend).
* PMP or CAPM certification is a plus, but not required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
