Mid-size practice is seeking a Transactional Attorney (Commercial Real Estate) for a growing multi-state legal practice. This role is based in San Antonio (will consider candidates in Austin & Houston with willingness to travel as needed for meetings.)
What You Are Responsible For:
This role will play a key part in their commercial real estate practice.
- Complex commercial real estate matters
- Leasing/purchase-and-sale transactions
- Raw land and improved property
- Multifamily projects, shopping and retail centers, restaurants, gas stations and medical facilities
What you Bring: Commercial Real Estate transactional experience required
- Candidates with 3+ years of transactional practice in mid-large or solo practice with experience in billable hours
- Must be eligible to practice in State of Texas immediately
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
