Job Description Summary:

The press attendant will provide the department with all necessary materials for daily operation. The Press Attendant will also track outgoing production and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the molding room.

Shifts available (Shift premium available to off shifts, including weekend shifts):

3rd Shift: Mon Fri 3:00pm 11:00pm.


Job Description

* Supply presses with all materials needed to maintain production

Move goods and raw materials to and from the warehouse as required

Clean and organize the molding room and material storage areas to standards

Aide molding technicians with setup and prep work for various production jobs

Weigh finished goods and complete associated tracking paperwork

Operate fork trucks to move and stack gaylords and pallets

Carry out detailed written and oral instructions

Ability to multitask various issues and duties

Perform all other duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Ability to speak, read and write English and have the ability to read and comprehend simple work

instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Ability to perform simple math including adding, subtracting, multiplication and division in all units of

measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.


SKILLS & ABILITIES


Entry level Injection Molding experience

Basic mechanical ability

Fork lift experience (not necessary)

Manufacturing environment.
