at Vacasa Steamboat Springs, CO **What Were Looking For:**

Vacasa is hiring for Ski Valet at The Dulany in Steamboat Springs, CO. We are looking for staff for the remainder of the season (2/2/22-4/15/22). Staff is responsible for creating a welcoming first and last impression and provide prompt and courteous service to our guests and owners. Responsibilities include retrieving and preparing ski and snowboard equipment upon request, keeping ski valet clean and stocked, assisting our guests and owners to the slopes, attending to immediate guest and owner needs and follow through according to Vacasa standards. This position is a split shift and will allow for time on the mountain. Driving of guests may be required when asked, with the property shuttle.

**What Youll Do:**

A passion for guest service.

Ability to work a flexible schedule that can include nights, holidays and weekends.

Reliablity

Knowledge of ski/snowboard equipment is a plus

**Skills and Qualifications**

* Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts

* Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions

* Highly responsive and reliable

* Strong attention to detail

* Prior housekeeping experience a plus

* Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Work Environment and Physical Demands**

* Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed

* Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms

* Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time

+ Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds

+ Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
