Gen3 Defense and Aerospace is an engineering, manufacturing and supply chain solution provider. With a facility in the Grand Rapids area, our primary focus is on a newly developed robotic vehicle program. The Production Assembler position is responsible for the assembly of raw parts and sub-assemblies by following in detail our standard work instructions.

TEAM MEMBER PERKS
* Standard work schedule is Monday Thursday 10 hours .Overtime may be required at times but not the plan!

Essential duties and responsibilities
* Assembly and inspection of small parts and/or operation of machines to produce high quality products.
* Responsible for being an active team participant in teamwork toward continuous improvement.
* Follow company guidelines and procedures.
* Responsible for quality checks of the product to verify customer requirements are being met.
* May be asked to perform some of the following off-line tasks including quality checks, down-time reporting, housekeeping duties, and time keeping.
* Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
* Manufacturing experience preferred but not required!
* Excellent track record for attendance required we need you here!
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Knowledge of tools a plus
* Great attitude a must
