We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for our Charlotte Hills Mobile Home Park located at 6028 McDaniel Lane Charlotte, NC 28213.
Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonus potential
Level 3 Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
- Oversee the curb appeal and maintenance of the community and make sure it is up to Riverstone Communities' standards
- Pick up trash around the community
- Grounds keeping such as lawn mowing, planting, weeding/weed eating, etc
- Residential repairs, rehabilitations and home cleanouts including replacing/installing floors, installing siding and skirting, installing/replacing doors and windows and painting
- Diagnose and repair residential water/sewer leaks
- Read and replace water meters
- Replace breakers, fuses, light switches
- Build stairs and ramps, frame doors and windows, install landscaping timbers
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Complete work orders
- Adhere to all safety laws and regulations
Level 3 Maintenance Technician Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in multi-family or commercial property maintenance OR a technical degree in one of the following fields:
- Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC
- Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willing to work outside in all weather conditions
- Have basic computer skills, i.e. email and internet
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver's license
- Residential plumbing and electrical
- Residential painting (interior and exterior)
- Roofing and carpentry skills
- Mechanical (replacing door locks and handles)
- Drywall and mudding
**Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
