Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in the field of home health. As a part of their esteemed establishment, driving advancements in healthcare for over two decades, your contributions will be vital in consistently enhancing our care quality, patient outcomes, and operational productivity.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of an Associate Degree or higher
Minimum one-year working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, such as TruChart EHR
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, valid in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
Current and valid certifications from the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
At least one year's experience as an RN
Access to reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
The ideal candidate would be joining our tight-knit team with the chief goal of managing and delivering optimal patient care in accordance with their personalized care plans. This role covers the Shippensburg, PA, area and nearby regions and will require moderate local travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leading the patient care management and coordinating effectively in a team
Catering to patients living in the Shippensburg, PA vicinity
Aligning personal goals with company objectives for a mutual growth trajectory
Work Schedule:
Your typical work days will be from Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Weekend on-call duty will be scheduled once every 4-8 weeks, depending on staffing.
