Role Description

Nexus Contingent Workforce is seeking a full-time Sales Representative for our Contingent Recruiting & Employer of Record Services. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads and selling our Employer of Record services to businesses in San Diego, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Representative will build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, manage the sales cycle, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others to take action
• Experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the contingent workforce industry or similar is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
