Qualified individual will be responsible for: installs, troubleshoots, and repairs of computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair

activity. May perform system setups for new hires. May require an associate degree or its equivalent.

Provides Help Desk support to end users.

Provides hardware and software technical support to office and remote users.

Configuration and upgrading of desktop and laptop hardware and software.

Responsible for daily tape backups of all servers.

Maintains computer parts inventory.

Follows all IT Policies and Procedures.

Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Knowledge of wired and wireless networking, including basic troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Associates degree is preferred or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Microsoft, CompTIA or other industry certifications are desirable.
