A very prestigious Nonprofit Organization in New Brunswick is searching for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO should have at least five years of experience as a CFO, along with a strong supervisory background. An MBA is required for this opportunity. Not for Profit experience is not required for the CFO role. Experience with financial modeling and implementing policies and procedures is required. Any experience in working for a national organization is preferred. The CFO will report to the CEO and be involved in:
- Overseeing all financial operations for the organization
- Implement internal controls.
- Revamping policies and procedures within the accounting department
- Performing budgetary analysis and treasury oversight for the organization
- Making quarterly presentations to the board of directors
- Involvement in systems enhancements
- Monitoring and reviewing all financial contracts and projects.
