Who You Are:

To propel our next wave of growth, Clearwave is looking for a customer service-focused individual to support our client's day-to-day needs as it relates to the use of our products. The Client Support Specialist is a critical part of Clearwave's growth strategy and is responsible for helping to drive client satisfaction and retention. This role will work directly with clients to provide product support and resolve client issues.

This role is a highly rewarding and challenging opportunity requiring a high degree of leadership acumen and a motivated attitude.

What You'll Do:

  • Providing support, problem-solving, and consultative services to Clearwave clients
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Managing the service request process including tracking, escalation, and completion of requests per standard operating procedures
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams on the client's behalf
  • Collaborating with development and product teams to provide input on product functionality and product defects
  • Providing an outstanding client experience and identifying opportunities for an improved client experience beyond the initial encounter
  • Working on special projects as required

What You'll Bring:

Required:
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills in working with a variety of people at various levels within and outside the organization
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment
  • Ability to work independently to complete tasks on time, with attention to detail, and with a regard for excellence in all deliverables

Preferred:
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer support role with a Software As A Service (SAAS) company
  • Plus - experience working with HL7 or Javascript
  • Experience in the healthcare field is desired
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
