We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the strategic direction and management of a manufacturing facility in northeastern Wisconsin. This pivotal role requires a leader with substantial business acumen, operational expertise, and a commitment to driving growth and customer satisfaction in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute strategic plans to stimulate business growth and improve profitability.
Lead and inspire teams to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Operational Management:

Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Optimize production processes and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Financial Management:

Monitor financial metrics and performance indicators to gauge progress against targets and inform decision-making.
Implement cost control measures and revenue optimization strategies to boost profitability.

Team Leadership & Development:

Cultivate a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment, adhering to all regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in a leadership role within the packaging or manufacturing sector, with a focus on folding cartons.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving them towards meeting business objectives.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative strategies.
Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and relevant certifications such as SQF and SFI.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
