Forever 21 is looking for a highly organized and creative Producer to join our dynamic, fast paced studio team. A strong candidate will have both an elevated visual aesthetic as well as strong production skills. This individual will manage campaign development across mediums such as photography shoots, video shoots, digital projects, and branding partnerships. An ideal candidate will help forge and leverage vendor relationships to bring together the right team for every level of production. They will be responsible for all aspects of content production: concepting, budgeting,
scheduling, talent negotiations, payments, shooting, post production, and legal agreements.
**Deliverables**
? Manage campaign development across all of Forever 21s photo shoots, video shoots, digital projects and activations as assigned.
? Coordinate internal staff workflow and direct external agencies and/or production vendors across all production phases.
? Partner closely with cross functional team members including marketing, ecom, buying, creative and digital teams.
? Scope, project, and provide detailed planning for budgets and timelines on all assign projects.
? Provide and lead casting direction for models, photographers, and freelancers all within budget and across all big and small productions.
? Lead all negotiations for talent and work with legal teams for all agreements.
? Lead pre production meeting to provide creative briefs and direction to internal and external team members including stylist, photographers, videographers, editors, hair and make up artist and various freelancers to execute successfully.
? Create shoot materials, including creative decks, shot list, call sheets and schedules as needed.
? Source and book all creative production needs including studios, locations, permits, insurance, props, equipment, product, logistics, catering and stock music as needed.
? Lead onsite production, ensuring shoots are executed well and creative vision is met.
? Provide post production teams direction and information as needed including content, direction, and timelines.
? Work to guarantee all budgets are tracked, invoices are paid in a timely manner, and all expenses are managed.
? Be familiar and an expert on filmmaking, photographer, image capture, digital platforms, and all various formats.
? Manage multiple projects, timelines, and productions at a time
? Coordinate and manages model castings, oversees model contracts, rates, and scheduling details.
Job Requirements **Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:**
? 3-5 years of experience
? Experience working with social engagement tools & platforms
? Experience managing multiple budgets
? A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
? Exceptional written and oral communication skills
? Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
? Expertise in drafting legal agreements and negotiating major partnerships
? Strong ability in fostering strong relationships with agents and talent
? Dynamic, able to move quickly with program implementation and maintain focus amid change
? Strong attention to details and timelines
