Job Description: A/P Specialist/Admin Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle all accounts payable and receivable for an expanding health club franchise.
A minimum of 3 years Account Payable experience who will take full ownership of the A/P position at a growing company.
The candidate must have knowledge of general accounting principals and be proficient at accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Must be very familiar with Quickbooks and Quickbooks Pro.
The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator.
This position can be the stepping-stone to a supervisor position, for strong candidates with willingness to learn and grow with the company.
30 hours per week at the Shelton, CT office with hours
of 9:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday.
Fitness experience helpful not necessary.
This office is a very high energy arena!
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Organize, post and pay bills for each business
Keep organized filing systems
Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable monthly.
