**Description**

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily special project activities in warehouse and be able to work where needed in order to complete the demands of the day. The Supervisor must have the ability to supervise a team doing numerous functions in multiple areas of the warehouse. The supervisor must be able to work in a fast, dynamic, deadline driven environment. The supervisor must be able to enforce the company policies and procedures set by management. The supervisor must be able to administer appropriate disciplinary actions in a prompt, fair, consistent and professional manner according to company policy.

***Responsibilities:***

* Coach and assign workload to individual warehouse associates.

* Oversee entire New Store and International programs along with customer service focused projects from order receipt, fulfillment, QC, outbound staging, commercial invoicing and customs compliance.

* Communicate internally and externally with the corporate sales and transportation teams, various warehouse departments, customers, and vendors via email, phone and in person.

* Conduct employee relation functions such as, performance appraisals and performance correction activities.

* Coordinate and oversee annual inventory and process audits per customer request.

* Keep accurate attendance records and maintain a productive work environment.

* Generate and analyze reports to promote customer specific inventory integrity.

* Plan cyclical headcount needs for successful program execution.

* Other duties as required and as assigned by manager.

***Requirements:***

* High school diploma

* 2-3 years leadership experience in high volume, deadline driven warehouse project environment.

* Strong computer/data entry/Microsoft Office skills. AS400 or JANUS experience is a plus.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate is preferred, but not required.

* Ability to exercise good judgment and react quickly in emergency situations.

* Supervise staff and delegate tasks.

* Good reading (English) and math skills

* Push, pull and pick-up cartons weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodations.
