Key Responsibilities:

1 Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives.
  • Inspire and motivate the hotel team to uphold high standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

2 Operations Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the property.

3 Revenue Management:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room occupancy and rates.
  • Monitor market dynamics and adjust pricing strategies accordingly to maximize revenue.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance revenue streams, such as catering events and partnerships.

4 Guest Satisfaction:

  • Cultivate a guest-centric culture focused on exceeding guest expectations and building long-term loyalty.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to address areas for improvement.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.

5 Community Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships within the local community to enhance the hotel's reputation and visibility.
  • Participate in community events and initiatives to support local businesses and organizations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the hotel, promoting its unique offerings and contributions to the community.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
