Position Overview: We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating pallet transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within respective territory.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the pallet industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively manage pallet inventory and logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Limited travel is expected within specific sales territory.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
