AnX Robotica is seeking a customer-engaging clinical specialist to educate a diverse medical professional workforce about our gastrointestinal innovation platform. As a clinical specialist, this individual will present empirical evidence and guidelines for utilizing our gastrointestinal innovation products while supporting and assisting the Sales Team in providing world-class customer service. Pivotal characteristics for achieving personal and organizational success include the desire to continue educating themselves with our growing innovative platform, maintaining flexibility to correspond to customers' requirements, and demonstrating the acumen to be a positive and productive teammate.

Summary of Position

Provide installation, training, and education assistance (on site and/or virtually) for customers trialing or adopting the AnX Robotica NaviCam technology.

Assist with training and educating new AnX Robotica team members.

Participate in clinical and technical customer service calls.

Partner with AnX Robotica sales managers with clinical evidence pertaining to the AnX Robotica NaviCam system.

Prepare presentations for internal education meetings.


Minimum Qualifications

Gastroenterology clinical experience (GI Physiology and Manometry Laboratory or Endoscopy Operations) specifically with video capsule endoscopy and other GI capsule technology.

Minimum two years experience in a clinical gastroenterology operation.

Ability to work independently in a highly innovative environment and manage multiple projects.

Demonstrate flexibility to re-evaluate and prioritize projects depending on the request for various assistance.

Travel up to 70% within the United States.

Ability to lift 20 pounds.


Preferred Qualifications

Certified medical assistant or medical technician.

Completed science courses such as biology, chemistry or physics.

Experience with gastrointestinal diagnostic technology
