What you will be doing as the Construction Superintendent:

• Oversee entire daily operation of construction projects at construction site
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project milestones and progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
• Establish a timeline for completion.

What you will need as the Construction Superintendent:

• 2+ years' of experience in commercial construction
• Strong project management and communications skills
• Proficient in project scheduling
• Proficient understanding of construction trades. From site work and superstructure to finishes.
• Able to identify and address quality control on the project site
• Comfortable holding job site meetings with trades to discuss procurement of materials, project schedule, and quality control issues.
• Ability to read construction documents
• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
• Excellent communication skills with both downline and upline management
• Work well in a team environment with hands on jobsite experience
