Senior Director of Marketing
LHH is searching for a talented Senior Director of Marketing for a great client in the Nashville, TN area! The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience leading a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the digital team and projects
- Serve as a senior advisor for client projects
- Develop and implement digital strategies for clients within budget requirements
- Recruit, train and mentor new digital staff
- Implement and oversee use of all digital tools (e.g. social media, database management)
- Set specific digital objectives and monitor progress
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Expertise with managing multiple digital channels, SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Prior agency experience managing multiple clients and projects required
- Prior experience managing a team required
