Location: Axis - Downtown Indianapolis
*Must be able to work two weekends per month
$500 Sign on Bonus after 90 days!
Primary Responsibilities
- Cleans all common areas, and make-ready apart homes.
- Vacuums, dust, and sweeps all common area floor areas including hallways.
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms including toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers
- Cleans and maintains model apartment homes.
- Keeps all common areas and vacant apartments fresh and odorless.
Qualifications & Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality or similar environment is a plus.
- Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
