As the IT Product Delivery Lead for the NA Seeds IT/Digital team, you will lead planning and delivery of feature enhancements for commercial and digital agronomic products. You will lead change on products that help farmers and channel partners make decisions and help agronomists and sales team provide recommendations and close sales. You will be a key team member collaborating with marketing stakeholders, business leaders, engineers, and technical leads as well as external partners. This position is eligible to work remote with ability to report to closest Syngenta site when applicable. **Accountabilities**

* Gather business requirements, write and approve thorough user stories

* Lead and participate in Sprint planning with technical teams

* Present demos alongside design team to key stakeholders

* Forecast and manage resource allocation and priorities according to business cycles and stakeholder needs

* Forecast and manage regional product budgets and contracts/SOWs with relevant vendor

* Align Regional needs with Global IT/Digital priorities

* Perform hands-on, semi-technical activities including data analysis, configuration, running queries and troubleshooting

* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure software is configured and rolled out properly to the business needs

* Engage and manage third party IT vendors as needed from RFP through implementation

* Ask questions and take initiative to provide best practice recommendations to cross-functional teams for effective implementation

* Advocate for user research and user-led design practices

* Incorporate external insights and work for end-to-end process optimizations

* Help build and support proper IT lifecycle management for delivery of vendor platforms, including proper documentation

**Qualifications**

**Requirements** Essential knowledge, experience, and education

* Bachelors Degree, preferred in Technology or Business

* 2+ years of experience with project management, Sprint planning and/or Agile delivery

* Proficiency in Postman, Graph DB and/or React JS preferred
