An exceptional Global Quant strategy Hedge fund are looking to hire a highly technical individual to join their US middle office team.
Working for a firm that promote a high performing, yet fun/social culture, the hire will join a small team of exceptional individuals that directly support the trading desk, whilst also sitting with the quant and software development teams. Working within a flat structure, the position allows for a broad remit with the focus on both trade analysis (pre & post execution) and technology you will learn SQL and Python to an expert level in this role (+ you will you gain experience in other coding languages too).
We are looking for commitment to this role and progression in to senior positions, however transferring to an international office, front office or quant / risk roles is also possible for top performers.
Candidates should have 1-3yrs experience in an operations/trade support/MO role. Advanced tech skills are required. Candidates must have an exceptional academic profile.
The firm are offering a $120-130k base salary and a 25-50% year one bonus for a strong performer (there is a variable either side of this pending individual performance).
