Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant with daily tasks which include administrative support to the CEO & CFO, processing and entry of accounts payable documents, answering and directing phone calls, creating and responding to emails, managing office inventory and supplies, and providing clerical support to other departments as needed.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
