**Customer Service Representative**

**Location:** Reno, NV, US As a Customer Service Representative for Dorman Products at our Powertrain Industries location, you will be responsible for the complete handling of customer orders and answering technical questions.

**PRIMARY DUTIES:**

Fulfill promises made to customers 100% of the time or notify them of changes

Pro-actively track customer orders to ensure on-time shipping

Handle arrangements for shipment of product

Answer phones providing feedback to customers as requested

Tech line phone support including quality control follow up

Work with material and production groups as needed to alert customers of potential backorders

Ability to learn products, multiple systems and customer portals

Maintain accurate work Instructions as customer requirements or processes change

Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:**

High School Diploma or equivalent

Have general automotive parts experience

Have good organizational skills

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Ability to handle complaints regarding unpleasant situations or conflicts

Ability to multi-task with attention to detail

Customer Service experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment desired

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Docs

ERP/MRP experience in a manufacturing environment desired
