Job Details

A nationwide financial institution is looking to hire a contractor to join their team onsite in Los Angeles. This data entry specialist will be joining the Correspondent Services Division with the main responsibility of opening accounts for correspondent broker dealers, client service, and quality control.


Must Haves:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and comfortable with a keyboard
  • Attention to detail to quality check documents
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Highly effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills


Hourly rate of $20-23 an hour depending on skill set and education
