The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate Data & AI Architect to design the technical backbone of a revolutionary healthcare data platform. This architect will translate strategic business goals into a cutting-edge platform architecture, ensuring alignment with healthcare industry standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess current data and AI technologies (AWS, Snowflake, FiveTran, dbt, Tableau, etc.) and identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Design robust frameworks for critical areas like file ingestion, data parsing, security, and compliance while considering HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare-specific standards.
- Define detailed specifications for the future state platform architecture, bridging strategic vision and technical execution.
- Recommend and evaluate new technologies to fill gaps and create a comprehensive, best-in-class solution.
- Collaborate closely with the Data & AI Strategist and development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Data & AI Architect, with demonstrable experience in healthcare preferred.
- Deep expertise in cloud-based data platforms, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA.
- Ability to balance innovation with practical, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work with both technical and business teams.
