*Description*
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with commercial and industrial projects over $2M
* Estimating experience preffered
* Ground up experience preffered
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
* PMP certification is a plus.

* Interest in interacting with clients/owners
* Easy-going, self-motivated, honest, and collaborative
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction field - ideally 7-10 years
* Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
* Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing projects
* Strong management ability
