Facilities Leadership / General Manager Position(s) - Ohio
Essential Functions:
- Manage short and long-term strategies to improve operations efficiencies for the DC
- Lead and manage effective work processes and operations flow throughout the facility
- Monitor, measure, and report KPIs and develop improvement plans as needed
- Direct a team of professionals on activities and processes that focus on best-in-class service and safety
Qualifications:
- Must have over 10 years of experience in logistics operations; eCommerce (.com) fulfillment experience is a plus
- Experience managing P&L
- Expertise in automation, turnaround/transformation, and DC start-up is needed
