Job Description:

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

As a DnA Ambassador Team - Business Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data and analytics concepts, coupled with exceptional communication and influencing skills, to foster relationships with Data Champions, Data Citizens and DnA Data Professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the accessibility and utilization of data and analytics services. You will serve as an advocate for H+H Data Champions and Data Citizens, supporting them in utilizing our DnA services portfolio effectively. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact and subject matter expert in a relevant domain, providing consultations to data champions and data citizens on complex projects and proposing innovative solutions. You will collaborate with facility core leads and members, offering technological support and guidance. Your role will involve training users, identifying data champions, and facilitating access to data and analytical tools. You will also play a key role in gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement in our DnA services. Your efforts will contribute to optimizing data usage and clinical workflows within our organization.

General Tasks and Responsibilities:

Advocate for the use of existing data solutions and DnA service delivery platform among data champions, and citizens.

Provide analytical and process support to extended analytics core and analytical partner team members.

Offer consultations and propose solutions for complex projects.

Conduct program overview sessions to raise awareness of Core in a Box program.

Familiarize yourself with data literacy concepts and knowledge base.

Provide onsite support to extended core members and data champions when needed.

Evaluate and try resolving data requests before escalation or bringing them to DnA SMEs.

Deliver training sessions on foundational services and features.

Communicate feedback to DnA service line owners for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with local teams to enhance data usage and clinical workflows.

Identify and nurture data champions within facilities and central office AP teams.

Cultivate collaborative relationships with data champions to address data challenges.

Assist facilities in accessing data, training, and analytical tools.

Act as the primary point of contact for facility and central data champions.

Support business and technology teams in meeting deliverables accurately and timely.

Ensure facility core solutions comply with DnA standards for compliance and governance.

Assist data champions for transitioning their local data solutions to enterprise data solutions when needed.

Facilitating and collaborating with DnA SMEs and data champions for Bi-weekly Analytics Insights Exchange series.

Maintaining data champion SharePoint with up-to-date documents for data champion transparency and support.

Responding to Data Champion inquiries in timely manner to provide support either directly or by bringing in the SMEs.

Collaborative with data academy team on getting data champions enrolled in training, opt out exam and maintain a record of HIPAA and other regulatory annual documents for data champions.

Support data academy team in facilitating trainings and serving as a point of contact post training sessions for data champions.

Maintaining and monitoring data champion tools and data usage. Encouraging and showcasing them efficient use of provisioned data assets, tools and technology.

Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

1. A Masters Degree or advanced clinical degree from an accredited college or university and two years of experience serving as a lead in soliciting, defining, and managing requirements for internally and externally developed software in a clinical, allied health, non-allied health, behavioral health, information technology, information services, business, analytics or related area; or, one year of experience in a relevant clinical and/or healthcare administration role/function; or

2. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university and five years of experience as described above; or

3. A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.

4. Specialty certification(s) issued by a national commercially available program, state, professional society, academic or technical institution in an area(s) listed above, may be credited on a month-to-month basis toward the required work experience for a total of one year.
