Job Description:
This job requires no experience in Commercial Door repair and installation. The company will provide all equipment, leads, appointments and support needed for you to succeed in this career.
- Ride with Lead Technician to customers' location at specified times and adhere to a strict schedule
- Assist Lead Technician in providing safety inspection and diagnosing of the customer's door and operator issues
- Assist Lead Technician in Resolving the customer's problems and taking care of their needs and wants with our exclusive products, training and warranties
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications:- Exceptional work ethic and the ability to make good decisions
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Must be punctual, responsible and dependable
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work together as a team
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must possess a clean background check and be able to pass a drug test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic Mechanical Skills
- High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
